Shipping Policy

We normally ship same day for orders received by noon EST. Orders received later in the day will ship the next day. Small orders will generally ship USPS and larger orders by FedEx or UPS.

I am sorry we do not offer expedited shipping like UPS Next Day Air. (Ground Shipping Only)

Exchange Policy

We strive to make our customers happy, but if you are not satisfied with the product you received, we want to make it right. Please contact us with any issues and we'll be more than happy to accept your return or to exchange for another item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
